On-line Project Management

In order for New Line Communications to successfully manage projects through out North America, we required on-line project management reporting capabilities. Using the successful formula of gathering input from our Customers, Engineers, Project Managers, and Senior Supervisors, New Line Communications developed WorkTrax™, an on-line project management reporting application into our web site.

New Line Communications now receives requests directly from our customers, via our web site, processes them internally, and delivers the project details in scope and associated segment details back to the web site on a project-by-project basis. By creating a work area on the web site, New Line Communications now allows authorized customers as well as employees to view and follow the progress of projects as they happen. New Line Communications has provided notification triggers for all important segment details whether they signal completion, a work hold due to circumstances, or important milestones based on customer requirements.
